Initially, it’s likely that you will be invited for a telephone interview. This is our opportunity to get to know you, and your opportunity to find out more about Bupa and the role you’re interested in. Our friendly and professional team will explore what draws you towards working for us, as well as identifying what skills and experience are relevant to the specific role.
If you are successful in this initial stage, you will then be invited to a formal face-to-face interview, during which you will be asked to provide examples of your relevant experience and achievements. You can find interview hints and tips here
Our interviewing manager may recommend that you attend a second interview, or they may be in a position to advise you of their decision without this being required. We will strive to keep you informed of any update or decision at the earliest opportunity following each stage of the process.

Once we have completed our checks, your start date with us will be confirmed along with any training you need to undertake and successfully complete in the first initial weeks of joining. You should then look forward to your manager welcoming you to Bupa with all the information you’ll need before your first day.
