We want our people to love working here. To help achieve this, we provide guidance and processes to ensure that pay decisions are made fairly, transparently and consistently with appropriate levels of governance.
To support this we have three pillars:
1. Clear Guidance
The guidance documents below are written to help managers make pay decisions, which balance our commercial objectives with making Bupa an attractive place to work for our people and those thinking of joining us.
As we approach the pay review, a specific page will be launched on People Place for all guidance documents, need to know updates and key dates and actions for people managers.
2. Efficient Processes
We want our processes to be easy to understand and use. Within the guidance documents, you will find simple processes set out with clear and transparent sign off levels. Any additional forms referenced in those guides can be found below.
3. Transparent Reporting
Finally, we need to check that we are sticking to our guidance. This helps us to continue making good pay decisions. Therefore, during the year, and at the pay review, we provide our decision makers and approvers with analyses and reports that show them how we’re doing – what we’ve invested and how we’ve invested it!
