Making Out of Cycle Pay Changes
While most pay changes occur during Bupa's annual reward review, there will always be situations where Bupa needs to make a pay decision outside of the annual cycle. Carrying out these reviews ensures that we are able to pay you appropriately for the job you are doing , with considerations during recruitment if you are moving role internally or being promoted and when we are trying to retain our internal talent.
How does it work?
All out of cycle pay reviews are submitted to People Board by your manager for consideration. People Board is a weekly process whereby compensation changes are taken for full review prior to approval. These can include salary changes, one-off payments or payments linked to other elements of your reward package or job offer.
