What is the flexible holiday scheme?
Bupa's flexible holiday scheme gives you the opportunity to increase or decrease your holiday entitlement up to a maximum of 5 days for the holiday year. This is subject to your manager's approval.

How many extra days can I buy or sell?
You can buy or sell up to 5 days of annual leave, providing that your overall amount of annual leave once you've bought/sold and/or carried over days is no more than 30 days and no less than 20.
For example, if you're entitled to 25 days of annual leave, but you have already carried over 3 from the previous holiday year, you'll only be able to buy 2 additional days.
If you're already entitled to 30 days of annual leave per year, you won't be able to buy any additional holiday, but you can sell up to 5 days.
How do I apply?
The window will open from Tuesday 2nd March 2021 until Sunday 14th March 2021.
To apply to increase or decrease holiday entitlement, you need to complete an 'Open Enrolment Change' which will be displayed in your inbox in Workday from Tuesday 2nd March 2021.
