The personal details we hold are used for co-ordinated communications, so if your details change, update the required systems or your manager; this way, we can make sure you are not missing out. Remember to keep your emergency contact details up to date too.
Maintaining your work contact details is equally important to make sure our customers can contact us easily. We can then keep our customers at the centre of everything we do and deliver truly personalised customer experiences.
It is really easy to update your details if you have access to Workday. Otherwise, just contact your manager who will be happy to update the relevant systems for you.
