We've made a key change to our MBS proration rules where the 2021 BGUK MBS scheme will no longer apply proration for absences such as maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave as well as long-term sick leave. This is a positive step that strengthens the alignment of the scheme with our broader Bupa values and principles.
