Nichola Barnes - Department Lead Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Nichola qualified in 2006 from Southampton University and following this worked in the NHS for six years. She joined the Bupa Cromwell Hospital in 2012 and has over 9 years experience in the field of Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic physiotherapy. Nichola has a special interest in helping patients manage chronic pain and long term conditions. She is also a qualified yoga instructor and uses a patient and considered approach to treatment and rehabilitation.
Michael Ewang - Clinical Lead Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Since graduating from Brunel University, Michael has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and holds a keen interest in injury prevention and strength and conditioning. He spent time working as a physiotherapist in France, dealing with acute ski injuries and sport specific rehabilitation. Following that, he joined The Bupa Cromwell Hospital in 2015. He has completed a foundation course in strength and conditioning and is continuing post graduate studies at The University of Hertfordshire. He continues his interest in exercise prescription and injury prevention by maintaining his own fitness regime.
Clare graduated in 2006 and worked as a rotational physiotherapist in London NHS Trusts before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy 10 years ago. Clare has worked in the Swiss Alps as a massage therapist before starting work in private practice. She joined the team at Bupa Cromwell in 2013. Alongside this she has been with a Professional Rugby Club in London with elite athletes. She has completed post graduate training in Acupuncture and Masters Modules in Sports Physiotherapy and Exercise Medicine. Clare’s special interests are Sporting Injuries, Exercise rehabilitation and Pilates.
Natalie Kruger - Advanced Lymphoedema Practicioner | Macmillan Oncology Physiotherapist
Natalie is a Physiotherapist from Brisbane, Australia, having completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at The University of Queensland (2008) and a PgCert Advanced Lymphoedema Management at The University of Glasgow (2017). Since relocating to London in 2015, Natalie has continued to specialise in oncology, breast cancer rehabilitation and all aspects of lymphoedema management within the private hospital setting.
