Because of this, it is really important that we are consuming enough fluid to stay hydrated to avoid the risk of fatigue, headaches & dehydration. The amount of water that the body needs can depend on many things, for example; the weather, your activity levels or your age. The current daily water intake recommendation is 3.7 litres for men and 2.7 litres for women. For some people this can seem impossible.
